General Tactics: Just get there. There won’t be more than one or two caretakers. If they’ve become shamblors they’ll be easy to deal with. If they’ve been insulated from the outbreak, just don’t tell them about the holocaust, and they’ll probably wait on you hand and foot like they always have. Take plenty of supplies or learn how to fish.
